Here are a few signs that your roof needs to be replaced:
Your roof is over 25 years old
Over the years, the resistance and strength of your roof’s materials decreases significantly. On average, asphalt shingles have a lifespan of 20 to 30 years until they begin to degrade. Your roof may seem fine and in decent condition, but it may need to be replaced if it has surpassed its lifespan.
